Philosophy and Approaches
Understanding how people learn is one of the most significant aspects of coaching, management and leadership. This, in our opinion, is linked to their knowledge background, skill set, desire level and also the height of their involvement in the learning process.
Therefore, each coach, manager or leader needs to be dedicated, enthusiastic, approachable, knowledgeable, resourceful, innovative, organized, and in possession of a keen attitude towards helping clients. This is by no means an all-encompassing list, but it provides a basis for how we feel about coaching, management and leadership, and what we want our clients to feel when they are with or without us. As leadership advisors, we appreciate differences between clients. Those who excel, particularly at the advanced level, may be given independent advices, while those in need of additional time to understand concepts will be accommodated through workshops, audio and video programs and one-on-one consulting sessions to avoid frustration and apathy.
As a rule, we have always appreciated the importance of homework in the clients' learning process. The evaluation procedures in the consulting sessions we have presented so far have been based on daily assignments, biweekly evaluations, and traditional monthly assessments. However, we believe that the assessment of well-developed clients, as well as of upper-level businesses, should also include collaborative efforts including presentations, written concept summaries, and formal lectures. In addition to professional input and discussions with team members and associates, our clients’ responses are the best source for continual evolution of our coaching, management and leadership approaches.
Although we have used mostly conventional physical presentations to foster theory and analytical thinking, we have also been open to the use of computers in demonstrating case studies to complement our solid workshops and consulting sessions. We also welcome all our clients to go through our leadership dossier and supporting reference materials and prepare themselves as the co-active engagement is vital to all instructional processes.
The active and co-active roles among coaches, advisors and clients is key. Everybody should feel that our company is a safe environment where their questions are welcome and will remain confidential. Clients should also be actively involved in discussions because this gives them practice and confidence in expressing and elaborating upon coaching, management and leadership concepts.
Contact us and let us lead you through the way of personal and inter-personal leadership. We are always available to help you untangle situations so you can "Proceed To Your Destination"!
